Overview
Procare currently have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Officer to join our Accounts division, based out of our Parramatta office You will be working closely with the wider Accounts team to ensure the efficient running of Procare's Accounts division.
The Role
* Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes
* Ensure the timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations
* Generate and send remittance advices and debtor chasing
* Ensure accurate data entry in the systems
* Invoice payment follow-up – liaising with relevant parties and recording contact made
* Make relevant inquiries on invoices or accounts and coordinate online or phone payments as required
About You
* Demonstrated accounts experience is desired
* Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and problem-solving
* Mature-minded, team attitude and ability to work independently
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Demonstrated skills in working with and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
