Our client is seeking a Civil Engineer Surveyor to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting precise field surveys using GPS equipment and laser levels. They will also be responsible for surveying civil works for pits, pipes, concrete FRP and steel structures, analyzing survey data to create accurate maps, charts, and reports, and preparing legal documents for property transactions and boundary disputes.
The Surveyor will collaborate with engineers and construction teams for design and construction support, use CAD software for digital mapping and survey drawing, stay updated on land surveying laws, regulations, and industry standards, address client and stakeholder inquiries and resolve issues, attend project meetings to discuss survey requirements and progress, conduct quality control checks on survey data and deliverables, and assist in project proposals, estimating costs and timelines.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills
* Possess previous track record surveying on complex civil construction sites in the local market
* Experience in civil construction is required
* Holding a civil construction qualification and hold a current Victorian driver's license
