G.James Glass and Aluminium is Australia's leading integrated glass and aluminium manufacturer and contractor. Rockhampton Windows & Doors branch provides sales, fabrication and installation of aluminium windows and doors to residential and commercial construction markets. We are looking for a focused and detail oriented Production Planner to assist in the supply and demand of product to meet manufacturing and customer needs.
Responsibilities
* Monitor work flows to schedule the production and manufacturing of our aluminium products to meet factory capacity
* Scheduling of deliveries and installation of our product range to satisfy customer requirements
* You will also carry out billing, collection and reporting activities to meet deadlines.
The Person / Qualifications
* Previous experience planning / scheduling within manufacturing, building or construction industry
* Strong administrative background
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
* Proactive and able to think creatively to solve problems
* Experience in managing competing priorities in a timely manner
* Ability to work in a team and also autonomously
