Lead end-to-end Housekeeping operations, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms, public areas, heart of house and back of house environments Drive measurable improvements in guest satisfaction scores, online reputation metrics, and LQA audit outcomes Lead daily operations including room allocations, inspections, VIP preparation, turndown service, and public area management with a strong on-floor presence Develop, coach and retain a high-performing leadership team and workforce of both internal ambassadors and contractors Foster a culture of accountability, pride and recognition to support retention and long-term team engagement Optimise labour, budgets and productivity while protecting luxury standards Maintain asset care, linen management and inventory control at premium level Ensure WHS, hygiene and compliance standards are upheld without compromise Champion sustainability initiatives aligned with Accor commitments Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless, elevated guest journeys, and efficent room turnaround Drive continuous improvement through innovation, technology utilisation, and process optimisation without compromising luxury standards
