About the position
Reporting to the Head of Payroll, this role plays a key part in delivering accurate and efficient payroll services in a large, fast-paced business with over 1300 employees.
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes, maintaining accurate records, interpreting awards, and supporting employees with payroll queries. Working closely with teams across the business, you'll help ensure compliance and smooth operations.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Process end-to-end payroll for all employees in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and award interpretation.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data integrity.
- Process payroll adjustments, such as deductions, superannuation, and leave entitlements.
- Assist with payroll queries and provide support to employees and managers.
- Collaborate across multiple departments to ensure payroll processes align with company objectives.
