We have an exciting opportunity at our Taren Pointoffice for a motivated and driven Full Time Sales Consultant. You will play a pivotal role in developing a new customer base and servicing existing customers
Your duties include but are not limited to:
* Make Showroom appointments
* Product selection
* Prepare quotes and product proposals for clients
* Finalise quotes and send to clients for approval
* Liaise with suppliers, architects designers and builders
* attend product training with supplier and participate in trade nights when required
The successful applicant will possess:
* Sound experience in a sales capacity with a desire to build clientele and drive sales
* Knowledge of the commercial trade will be beneficial but is not essential if you have a desire and passion to learn about the industry
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with people on all levels
* Superb organisational skills with the ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks
* Thorough attention to detail
* Superior data entry accuracy with a key eye for detail
* A team player who can also work well unsupervised
* Punctuality and work commitment
* Intermediate computer skills especially Excel
* Problem solving and the ability to think on your feet
* The ability to think outside the square
