We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will provide high level administrative and clerical support to assist in the efficient and effective operation of our services.
The role involves coordination and provision of administrative and clerical support, office management, database entry and management, compliance reporting, and preparation of documents, meeting agendas and minutes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate and provide administrative and clerical support to the team
* Manage office operations and ensure a productive work environment
* Enter and manage data, and maintain accurate records
* Prepare documents, meeting agendas and minutes
* Perform other related tasks as required
**Requirements:**
* Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in contemporary office management practices
* Competency in the use of Microsoft Office software packages
* Well-developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
