Seeking Experienced Registered Nurse for Mental Health Position

The selected candidate will work as a Clinical Nurse Educator within our Mental Health, Drugs & Alcohol Service. This is a part-time role with 48 hours worked per fortnight.
The ideal candidate will have specialist qualifications in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing and at least 5 years of experience working within mental health services.
Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical supervision to nurses
* Conduct education and training sessions
* Assess and develop educational programs
* Support the mental health workforce through education and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
* Current registration with NMBA as a Registered Nurse
* Specialist qualifications in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing
* Experience in Clinical Supervision, as a supervisee and supervisor
* Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or working towards completion
* Demonstrated experience and/or interest in education, teaching and learning processes
