About Mechatronix:
Mechatronix is an innovative Engineering company based in Coolum Beach on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. We are leaders in the design, manufacturing and installation of composite materials in the mining industry.
Composite Technicians will:
* Manufacture composites in our brand-new air-conditioned facilities.
* Assist our team leaders with composite installations (if on-site work is of interest).
* Report directly to the company management and assist in day-to-day operations.
* Operate CNC driven machines as part of the manufacturing process (internal training will be provided).
Skills and attributes we are seeking include:
* Relevant composites experience desirable but not mandatory.
* A strong work ethic, and the desire to learn new skills.
* Competence performing hands-on tasks including the use of hand, power and pneumatic tools.
* Maturity, reliability and attention to detail.
* A solid level of physical fitness as some work-shop / on-site tasks involve repetitive movements and a high degree of manual handling.
* A strong desire for career progression within a cutting-edge company.
* Ability to follow set procedures.
