Equans ANZ, a leading provider of technical services across Australia & New Zealand, and globally, is on the lookout for a HVAC Service Technician to be an important part of an experienced team of multi-skilled technicians that work across a wide variety of sites and industries in Bunbury and across the South-West region.

What you will be doing
* Provide both reactive work and preventative maintenance to a range of different clients.
* Effectively diagnose problems and perform work of a technical nature on heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.
* Self-manage workload with the ability to determine job priorities and to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
* Mentor apprentices and provide technical onsite training.
* Establish and maintain relationships with our customers ensuring concerns and complaints are proactively addressed.
* Work closely with other colleagues and managers within the region to foster a strong team environment.
* Maintain current industry knowledge and keep updated with changes and advances in refrigeration, air conditioning systems and technology.
* You will be provided with training and development for a variety of different work required across multiple sites.
* As a valued team member, you will play a key role in maintaining and supporting a diverse range of facilities, including:
* Regional Museums and Art Galleries – Maintain precise environmental conditions that protect priceless works of art and cultural heritage.
* Major Hospitals – Support essential healthcare operations by ensuring the reliable performance of critical building systems.
* Mining Sector – Support the operational efficiency and safety of mining facilities by maintaining robust mechanical and environmental systems.
* Tertiary Education Institutions – Ensure comfortable and functional learning environments for students, staff, and faculty.
* Central Energy Plants – Work with large-scale infrastructure providing energy to expansive and high-demand facilities.
Skills and Experience
* Refrigeration and Air-conditioning experience.
* We are willing to consider candidates with varying levels of experience.

* Up to $5,000 relocation assistance payment if you are in WA and willing to relocate to Bunbury.

Qualification and Licensing
* Certificate III in Airconditioning and Refrigeration
* Western Australian Full or Restricted Electrical Licence.
* Australian National Arctic Refrigerant Handling Licence.
* White Card
* EWP (Advantageous)
* Working with Children Check (Advantageous)
