Kintaro Sushi, a well-established Japanese restaurant located in the vibrant Brickworks Marketplace, is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and customer
satisfaction
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality dining experiences
- Manage rosters, stock control, and ordering
- Monitor financial performance, including budgets, costs, and sales targets
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health standards
- Contribute to marketing, promotions, and business growth strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years’ proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culture will be highly regarded
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
