Established in 1906, Narrogin is the oldest agricultural College in the state and consistently ranks in the Top Public Schools for Vocational Education and Training. Students in years 10 through to 12 enrol from all over the state and the majority board on site in attractive residential facilities with individual air conditioned rooms.WACoA Narrogin provides day and residential students with a range of agricultural-based curricula from Years 10 to 12. We are located on the outskirts of Narrogin, 195 kms south-east of Perth and function across three sections: Class, Farm and Trades in addition to being a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 50506). We have approximately 150 students enrolled for 2025 who come from across WA due to their interest in our particular agricultural context.There is the opportunity to live in on-site accommodation at the College.We are looking for a successful applicant capable of teaching the Year 10 Humanities and Social Sciences (HASS) curriculum and delivering General Plant Production Systems to classes in Years 11 and 12. Knowledge of our agricultural context would be highly advantageous, as would a commitment to Whole College Literacy and Numeracy.The successful applicant will ideally be a highly motivated and dedicated teacher with high levels of interpersonal acumen. They should have excellent interpersonal capabilities, be student focused, innovative and motivated.
