We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee the Port Services & Maintenance team. This critical role entails ensuring seamless operations across various departments, including vehicle maintenance, electrical distribution, waste management, and industrial cleaning.
* Culture Champion: Foster a culture of safety by setting a positive example and aligning with our values and policies.
* Project Management: Manage minor capital projects and contribute to major initiatives that drive new infrastructure and operational enhancements.
* Vendor Oversight: Monitor contractor and vendor performance to maintain strong relationships and accountability.
* Budgetary Management: Lead budget forecasting, tracking, and cost approvals activities.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with operations teams to achieve our objectives.
* Escalation Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for infrastructure services escalations and resolution management.
* Talent Development: Drive recruitment and workforce planning for NPI roles, while providing coaching and development opportunities to the Port Services leadership team.
