We are seeking a dedicated and exceptionally organised individual who has drive and commitment. The ideal candidate will have worked within the real estate industry in sales/property management/admin and possess a Class 1 or 2 real estate licence.
This role encompasses assisting the Principal with the overall running of the office with other responsibilities including, but not limited to:
* Efficient co-ordination of business operations and compliance
* Providing sales and property management support
* Processing new listings/managements through CompassPlus/VaultRE
* Co-ordination and management of marketing, advertising and brand assets
* Assisting with Open Homes and client follow up
* Managing the database
