Key Responsibilities
1. Liaise with customers to provide exceptional service and resolve any issues promptly
2. Assist with administrative tasks including creditors, debtors, banking reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, cash books, and monthly reporting
3. Provide coaching, leadership, and motivation to an enthusiastic team
Requirements
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
* Highly organized and able to manage time effectively
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Competent computer skills with advanced knowledge in Excel and Word
