We are seeking a Contracts Administrator to oversee contractor compliance and support within our organization. This role involves managing communications with vendors, ensuring adherence to contract terms, monitoring contract variations, and assisting with the management of our Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Key Responsibilities
5. Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, both internally and externally.
6. Ensure contractors comply with their contract terms and conditions.
7. Monitor and document contract variations.
8. Assist in managing CMMS for preventive and reactive maintenance.
9. Ensure timely submission of required documents by contractors.
10. Review documents for compliance and communicate with contractors as needed.
11. Provide support to various stakeholders as required.
12. Process purchase orders and invoices within CMMS.
13. Uphold Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Environmental (E) policies.
Qualifications & Experie nce:
Essential:
14. Strong demonstrated experience in a similar administrative role.
15. Ability to adapt quickly to change and adopt innovative problem-solving approaches.
16. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
17. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet access.
18. Minimum Higher School Certificate or equivalent.
19. Relevant formal qualifications such as a diploma or certificate equivalent in Administration or Management.
Desirable:
20. Experience in Building, Mechanical, Electrical, Project Management, or Facilities Maintenance Management.
21. Understanding and use of CMMS.
22. Training in OH&S, QA, and environmental-related disciplines.
