The Opportunity
Reporting to the Superintendent, this Senior Supervisor – Civil role will lead site-based teams and take ownership of the safe, timely delivery of the Chambers Flat WWTP.
You will manage the civil scope from early design involvement through procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. The role requires strong leadership and coordination to ensure project objectives for safety, cost, schedule, quality, and environmental performance are achieved.
You'll work within a mature, long-term alliance alongside Logan Water and Alliance partners WSP and Stantec, with construction scheduled to commence from early 2026.
ABOUT YOU
* 5+ years' experience delivering complex civil infrastructure projects
* Demonstrated success delivering high-complexity facilities or civil projects through full construction and commissioning
* Proven experience in construction supervisory roles with leading civil contractors
* Strong background working in highly complex contracting environments
* Excellent communication skills with a commitment to developing and leading teams
* WWTP experience in Queensland or Australia is desirable but not essential
WHAT YOU'LL LEAD & DELIVER
* Lead and coordinate all civil construction activities to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant delivery
* Plan and manage work programs, schedules, and resources to meet key milestones
* Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to resolve design and site issues
* Take a proactive approach to identifying and de-risking construction challenges
* Foster a strong safety, compliance, and performance culture by leading by example
* Build strong working relationships and drive collaboration across multidisciplinary teams
