Licensed Mental Health Therapist | LMFT, LPC, LCSW
We're looking for licensed therapists in Virginia who want to combine flexibility with purpose. In this role, you'll meet clients virtually, offering guidance through stress, anxiety, and relationship challenges. You'll work a steady weekday schedule while enjoying the advantages of a remote setup that allows you to stay balanced and focused on care.
Schedule & Compensation
Monday–Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM
$100,000 – $110,000 annually

Responsibilities
Provide virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families
Build treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
Monitor outcomes and adjust care approaches as necessary
Document services in compliance with state and federal standards
Collaborate with peers virtually to support clients holistically
Qualifications
Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
Virginia license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
At least 2 years of clinical therapy experience
Strong telehealth communication skills
