This is an exciting opportunity to become a Marketing Manager with a well-established and growing organisation in the travel and tourism sector. In this role, you will support marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels whilst creating engaging content for websites and other platforms that attracts and engages the companies target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive revenue and brand growth
* Lead end-to-end campaign delivery across digital and traditional channels
* Oversee marketing activities such as online ads, email campaigns, and social media post to attract and engage new customers
* Produce engaging website, EDM and promotional content tailored to travel audiences
* Monitor and manage quarterly and annual marketing budgets to maximise ROI
* Build and maintain strong supplier and industry partner relationships
* Ensure all marketing materials align with brand identity and industry standards
* Analyse consumer behaviour and optimise campaigns accordingly
What We're Looking For:
* Proven marketing experience within the travel and tourism sector
* Demonstrated ability to identify target audiences and deliver multi-channel campaigns that engage and convert
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance analytics and campaign measurement
* Experience managing marketing budgets and achieving revenue targets
* Strong supplier engagement and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent eye for creative, brand-aligned content
