About the Role:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client service and supporting business growth? We have an exciting opportunity for a Policy Support & Growth Specialist to join our Policy Support and Growth Team.
This role is key to ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and supporting our growth objectives. You’ll be responsible for proactive retention calls, processing policy changes for smaller accounts, triaging incoming leads, and assisting with data entry and binding of new business quotes.
You’ll play an important part in driving first call resolution, maintaining a client-centric culture, and contributing to our NPS targets, while ensuring accuracy and compliance in everything you do.
What You’ll Do
* Make proactive retention calls for small accounts, driving GWP growth through tailored insurance solutions
* Handle client calls, emails, and enquiries with a focus on first call resolution
* Effectively triage prospective client leads across all channels
* Support BDM/FIS/SFIS with quote preparation and binding through accurate documentation
* Record activities in real time within AA platforms
* Process policy changes and complete administration tasks as required
* Contribute to NPS targets through every client interaction
* Participate in user testing for platform enhancements
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with Achmea guidelines, authority levels, and policies
What You Will Bring

* Strong client service skills, with a focus on quality and care
* Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
