About The Opportunity

We're looking for a proactive and organised Learning and Development Officer to support the coordination and delivery of workforce training across Council. This is a hands-on role focused on building practical learning experiences that support compliance, capability, and engagement.

You'll be joining a collaborative People, Safety and Performance team that's been steadily strengthening systems and processes. Learning and development is a growing focus area—so we're looking for someone who's keen to contribute, shape, and improve processes along the way.


What You'll Be Doing

1. Coordinate internal training, inductions, and workshops
2. Maintain learning records and resources using our learning system
3. Support onboarding and compliance training
4. Liaise with providers and internal stakeholders


What We're Looking For

* Relevant qualification or equivalent experience
* Experience coordinating training or events
* Solid admin and digital skills
* A collaborative and customer-focused approach


Remuneration And Benefits

Employment Type: Full time, Permanent 35 hours per week

Salary (exclusive of super): In the range of $84,727 to $94,836 depending on skills and experience
