The Network Administration Manager is required to ensure an efficient and effective administration service is being provided to all units within the Department of Respiratory and Sleep Services SALHN. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the hospital's network infrastructure.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Respiratory and Sleep Services this role is responsible for overseeing the management function of administrative staff across the Respiratory and Sleep Services within SALHN across eight clinical units over multiple sites. Duties for the role will include:
* Ensuring effective supervision and coordination for all administrative functions within the office.
* Consulting effectively with a broad spectrum of internal and external stakeholders.
* Working with the Head of Respiratory and Sleep Services on day to day matters to facilitate effective utilisation of their time.
* Conducting regular team meetings, providing ongoing feedback, mentoring and coaching of staff.

* High level of interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to make higher level decisions.
* Demonstrated ability to work without supervision with a high level of initiative and drive to achieve outcomes.
* Ability to work effectively as a team leader and ability to manage staff.
