McCabe Transport has been in operation in the Wollongong area of New South Wales since 1996.
We are bulk haulage carriers of Industrial waste, scrap steel, gravel products and agricultural products providing services not only locally but both interstate and intrastate. We are NHVR and Trucksafe accredited.
POSITIONS AVAILABLE x4:
MC powder tanker driver
* A current HC license
* BFM certificate or willing to obtain and clear understanding of fatigue management and mass management
* Ability to work Monday to Friday with some weekend work required
* Ability to be away from home 4-5 nights per week
* Bulk powder tanker experience in single and Bdouble configuration
* experience preferred but training can be provided for the right candidate
* Ability to work unsupervised and be a team player
* Boral & Cement Australia induction/ experience is preferred
* Depots based in Unanderra
* Driving KW SAR 610
* Truck has bunk, A/C & microwave
1 x Interstate Driver - MC Licence
1. Dangerous Goods License required
2. BD Tippers regular runs from Melbourne and Newcastle and back driving

3. Regular job locations include Newcastle, Gladstone, QLD & NC
4. Employees may keep their truck at home on weekends
5. Offering immediate start with weekly pay

1 x Scrap Metal driver – MC Licence
* Country NSW back to Sydney
* Regular runs from Canberra, Newcastle & out west into St Marys
* Employees may keep their truck at home on weekends
* Offering immediate start with weekly pay

* Workshop for maintenance
* Ability to earn over $120,000 per annum
* Truck has bunk, A/C & microwave
* Driver can take truck home if they live out of area

Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic We have an opportunity available for a Qualified Diesel Mechanic, we are looking for an experienced individual for a full-time day shift position. We are a road transport operator, running a fleet of predominantly Western Star and Kenworth trucks, bulk tippers & cement tankers. Skills and Experience Required:
* Performing inspections, services and repairs
* Accurately identifying, diagnosing and repairing faults
* Hold a current NSW Drivers Licence
* Own tools
* Be able to work as part of a team
* Have previous experience
The role will entail:
* Monday to Friday with Saturday work when required
* Overtime available
* Above award rates with pay negotiable
