We respect, protect and promote human rights in our decision-making and actions.The Application Specialist will provide, maintain and support clinical applications (including ieMR and HBCIS) as part of the Clinical Informatics team.Digital Health and Clinical Information Services (DH&CIS) sits within the Digital Health and Technology (DHT) portfolio at the Sunshine Coast Hospital & Health Service (SCHHS) and provides specialist clinical support services that embrace overall commitment to the management and provision of quality patient information to the Hospital and Health Service (HHS).Key Responsibilities include:Provision of high quality ieMR and Patient Administration System (PAS) systems administration, application support and data maintenance across all SCHHS ieMR sites and community services.Identify and report ieMR and PAS system issues across SCHHS by providing specialised expertise, support and timely advice and training relating to ieMR.Manage ieMR access audit requirements related to ieMR system security including administration of system access and monitoring of potential inappropriate access (P2 Sentinel Reports)Perform complex data maintenance requirements related to Queensland Master Patient Index (QMPI), ieMR and PAS error fixes, encounter management and duplicate record management including oversight of Service Now (SNOW) job management.Remuneration value up to $134 984 p.a., comprising salary between $108 735 - $118 307 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO5). Applications will remain current for 12 months.
