The Bendigo Rainbow Hub serves the neurodivergent and LGBTIQA communities of Central Victoria and beyond. We are a clinic with experienced clinicians working to better the lives of our clients by providing a one stop shop for their mental health needs.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a vibrant Medical Receptionist to work three days a week, ideally Wednesday to Friday although we are able to be flexible. Duties include answering phones and emails, booking appointments, data entry into Halaxy, and lightly cleaning the office. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and enjoy getting to know regular clients.
ABOUT YOU
You should have some experience with Halaxy and receptionist duties. We are happy to provide relevant training to help you get accustomed to our clinic.
