As an EL1 Deputy Registrar, you will be responsible for exercising delegated powers and managing cases of varying complexity. You will work closely with the Case Management branch to design and implement targeted case management strategies for particular caseloads.
The role involves leading or contributing to national quality improvement projects and managing the workloads and performance of other registrars, where appropriate.

* Strong communication skills are essential, including the ability to communicate information clearly, make persuasive recommendations, and adapt to the needs of different audiences.
* You will exercise sound judgment and analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret and apply legislation.

Selection Criteria
* Australian Citizenship is required as a condition of engagement.
