About the Position
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled professional to join our team in providing high-quality support to children, young people, and families, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct care and support services to children, young people, and families in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
* Develop and implement individualised support plans to meet the needs of clients.
To be suitable for this position, you will have:
* A degree qualification in social work, psychology, social sciences or a related discipline.
* Minimum two years' experience in the provision of care services to children, young people and their families in statutory care.
* Demonstrated experience in providing training to carers and applying assessment, crisis intervention and short-term intervention skills and therapeutic approaches.
