With a private equity-style investment mandate and a strong track record of delivering value through strategic transactions, this team plays a critical role in shaping the group's portfolio and long-term growth strategy.
In this role, you will lead complex workstreams across M&A transactions, strategic investments, and high-value corporate projects.
Working closely with senior executives across the group, you will apply your commercial judgment and financial acumen to assess potential acquisitions, partnerships, and capital allocation decisions.

The ideal candidate will bring 5 to 9 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, strategy consulting, or Big 4 M&A teams.

You'll also bring strong technical capabilities and the ability to lead small teams or workstreams independently.
