Technical Services Manager
Join our organization as a Technical Services Manager and play a key role in overseeing the detailed design of building services packages. Your responsibilities will include managing subcontractors and service suppliers to ensure successful construction projects.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for you to contribute to the success of our organization by developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing procurement strategies, conducting value engineering, managing quality, and ensuring elevated levels of Health & Safety.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the detail design for building services packages
* Manage subcontractors and service suppliers to deliver successful construction projects
* Develop and maintain construction programs
* Implement procurement strategy and conduct value engineering
* Manage quality and ensure elevated levels of Health & Safety
* Manage interface requirements between services and building elements, including design, coordination, approval, installation, commissioning and completion
Qualifications
* Degree-qualified in M&E Engineering or Construction Management related field
* Previous experience working on large-scale projects with complex building services packages (mechanical, HVAC, electrical, hydraulic)
* Effective communication and leadership skills with ability to engage multiple internal, external and client stakeholder groups
* Ability to drive client-focused outcomes and safety initiatives
