Little Corner Early Learning is a home away from home – a family-orientated early education service focused on creating a successful future for all our children, educators and families.
In beautiful Redland Bay, we are a small, privately owned boutique service with a warm, well-resourced environment for children from 6 weeks to Kindergarten. We provide a wholefoods, universal menu cooked on-site for all children – it always smells delicious. Our pedagogical team includes registered early childhood teachers, educators studying their Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood), and experienced Diploma and Certificate III educators. We work under the NQF with a strong culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
We are building our in-house casual educator team for the remainder of this year and into 2026, and are seeking experienced, qualified Certificate III and Diploma Educators who take pride in their work and want consistent casual shifts at one centre.
This is a direct casual position – you are employed by Little Corner on a casual basis and work at one service with one team.

* Generous above-award casual rates, for example:
Diploma: approx. $40–$45 per hour + super
Cert III: approx. $34–$37 per hour + super

Who we're looking for
* We are inviting applications from experienced, qualified Certificate III and Diploma Educators who:
* Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
* Have a current and valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
* Hold (or are willing to obtain) First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
* Have solid experience with the NQF, NQS, EYLF and QKLG
* Are confident stepping into different rooms and supporting the team
* Demonstrate strong communication, professional presentation and reliability
ECTs with early childhood experience seeking occasional casual days are also welcome to apply.This position is for qualified early childhood educators who want to use their skills in a professional team.
