Key Responsibilities

* To maintain accurate records of resident care and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualification.
* At least 6 months of experience in a similar aged care role (highly regarded).
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Experience working with AutumnCare or similar software, with good record-keeping skills.
* An understanding of aged care standards, resident rights, and care plans.
