Job Description:
As an All-Rounder at Tekron Australia, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to transform agriculture through drone technology. Your role will be dynamic and multifaceted, encompassing various responsibilities including:
* Dealer Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued dealers, providing expert support and logistics on drone selection, usage, and troubleshooting.
* Sales and Marketing Support: Assisting our sales and marketing team in promoting our products and services through demonstrations, presentations, and client outreach initiatives.
* Technical Support: Providing technical assistance to dealers, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions to ensure smooth operation of our drones.
* Product Development Feedback: Gathering dealer feedback and insights to inform our product development efforts, helping us continuously improve and innovate.
* Logistics and Operations: Supporting logistics and operations tasks as needed to ensure efficient distribution and delivery of our drones and spare parts.
* Repairing drones and processing warranties.
Requirements:
