A Graduate Occupational Therapist is sought to join a multidisciplinary team in Northam, just over an hour's easy drive from Perth. About the Role
The successful candidate will provide Occupational Therapy services to NDIS participants within a collaborative, team-based model of care, working with both paediatric and adult clients.
New Graduate Support
* Joint and shadowing sessions with a Consultant Occupational Therapist
* Initial assessments, therapy planning and reviews completed in joint sessions
* Ongoing 1:1 mentoring with a Senior OT
* Regular multidisciplinary team support and case discussions
About the Candidate
* Graduate or soon-to-be graduate Occupational Therapist
* AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Willingness to learn and develop across a broad caseload
