Duties & Responsibilities:
* Prepare Drinks: Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to the restaurant's menu and customer preferences.
* Customer Service: Engage with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
* Maintain Bar Stock: Keep track of inventory, reorder supplies, and ensure the bar is well-stocked with necessary ingredients and beverages.
* Cleanliness: Ensure the bar area is clean and organized, including washing glassware, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of waste.
* Check IDs: Verify the legal drinking age of customers, ensuring responsible alcohol service.
* Handle Payments: Process customer orders, manage cash, credit card transactions, and maintain an accurate register.
* Create Cocktails and Specials: Be creative with drink-making, and suggest new cocktails or daily specials to customers.
* Monitor Alcohol Consumption: Monitor customers' alcohol intake and refuse service to anyone showing signs of intoxication, as needed.
* Collaborate: Work closely with waitstaff, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
