The Position
You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the business, supporting our finance brokers, managing administrative tasks.
This will involve:
 * Supporting finance brokers with deal preparation and submission to lenders.
 * Reconciling daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
 * Answering phones and managing office enquiries.
 * Overseeing compliance and ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
 * Assisting with IT support and staff setup (systems, access, hardware/software).
 * Preparing and maintaining accurate internal reporting for management.
 * Helping build and maintain a positive, professional team culture.
What you need to succeed in this role:
 * Strong organisational and time management skills.
 * High attention to detail and accuracy.
 * Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
 * Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
 * Previous experience in finance, lending, or brokerage administration (preferred).
 * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
