Job Overview:
Based in VIC, Australia, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the brand strategy for TENA's retail portfolio. This includes managing innovation, communication, and commercial initiatives that enhance brand performance and deliver growth.
You will have a strong focus on commercial performance, driving consumer engagement, and playing a key role in delivering significant category growth within a high-impact space.
* Develop and implement a 3–5 year brand strategy for TENA across ANZ
* Lead the development of overall brand communication strategy
* Drive campaign development and execution across TV, digital, social, and POS
* Own NPD strategy and deliver innovation with local and global teams
* Lead insights, analytics, brand health tracking, and consumer research
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related field
* 5+ years of experience in brand management, ideally within FMCG
* Strong capabilities across the 6Ps: Positioning, Product, Pack, Price, Promotion, and Place
* Strategic thinker with end-to-end NPD experience and strong business acumen
