Key Responsibilities:
* Full accountability for performance and delivery of traffic signal and ITS maintenance contracts.
* Lead and manage a team of direct and indirect reports, fostering a culture of safety, innovation, and excellence.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to shape service initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
* Ensure compliance with zero-harm policies and conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks.
* Manage financial reporting, invoicing, and contract variations.
* Apply best practice asset management and customer-centric strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualifications in engineering, business management, or equivalent industry experience.
* Current QLD electrical license and certificate III in electrotechnology (desirable).
Experience and Skills:
* Proven experience in electrical/ITS industry and team leadership.
* Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery skills.
* High emotional intelligence and a proactive approach to team development and change management.
