Job Description:
As a key member of the team, you will provide holistic OEM customer and technical support for valued customers. This role involves managing an existing network of customers and sourcing new customers to grow our business.
Key responsibilities include promoting parts and service sales solutions to achieve sales targets, working to a customer call cycle and actively building parts & service quotes tailored to customers' needs.
You will also be responsible for reporting activity, prospects, sales opportunities and competitor activity. Attendance at customer site meetings as required to resolve technical issues is also a part of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Technical understanding of earth moving and construction equipment
A demonstrated success in a similar role is essential, as well as being self-motivated and able to build long-term relationships.
Excellent administration, communication and interpersonal skills are also required, along with the ability to travel as required within your region.
Trade Qualification in Mechanical or Electrical discipline
