About the Role

As a Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist, you will assess, plan, and implement workplace rehabilitative programs to help clients achieve positive return to work outcomes.

* You will conduct assessments of workers' transferable skills and potential through various means, including early intervention assessments, home assessments, worksite assessments, job task analyses, ergonomic assessments, and case management services.

Strong communication skills are essential for liaising with stakeholders, including insurance companies, medical practitioners, employers, and employees.

Requirements

* Relevant tertiary qualifications.
* ASORC registration.
* Previous industry experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is desirable but not essential.
* Knowledge of Workers' Compensation and injury management is desirable.
