Job Description
At Oaks Brisbane Mews Suites, we offer a relaxed, boutique-style experience in the heart of Bowen Hills just moments from the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital and minutes from the city centre. With a mix of long-stay and short-stay guests, every day brings something new.
We’re currently seeking enthusiastic and guest-focused Guest Service Agents to join our front office team, with full-time and part-time roles available .
What You’ll Do:
* Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests
* Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with accuracy and efficiency
* Respond to guest queries, requests, and feedback in a timely and thoughtful manner
* Share your knowledge of the local area to enhance the guest experience
* Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure the smooth daily operation of the property
Qualifications
* Previous experience in front office, customer service, or hospitality (highly regarded)
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, guest-first mindset
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and problem-solve on the go
* Professional personal presentation and attention to detail
* Availability to work across a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
* Full working rights in Australia
