Executive – Risk Culture role at Macquarie Group, based in Sydney.
Our Global Line 1 Risk Culture team is dedicated to fostering and enhancing a positive risk culture across Macquarie. We set the standards, promote best practices, and monitor behavioural trends to support good risk outcomes for our organisation.
What role will you play?
As an Executive in the Risk Culture team, you will apply your understanding of human behaviour and organisational culture to strengthen our approach to risk management. You will generate and interpret behavioural insights, contribute to risk culture reviews, design initiatives to enhance risk culture, and report progress to senior leaders, collaborating with colleagues across Macquarie.
What You Offer
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and tailor complex concepts for varied audiences
* Strong project management and delivery skills, enabling effective prioritisation and timely completion of initiatives
* Lateral thinking and collaboration skills to identify key themes and insights across teams and business groups
* Qualifications in organisational or social psychology, behavioural science, behavioural economics, or a related discipline are valuable
* Experience in financial services, regulation, human resources, management consultancy, legal, risk management, or audit is highly regarded
