Due to an exciting period of change and transformation we are looking for an Ecommerce Coordinator to support the management and optimisation of the company website
This role plays a critical part in supporting the ecommerce business to ensure that customers can easily search, find and purchase product seemlessly, whilst delivering an outstanding online experience.
This is a hybrid role with 3 out of 5 days a week based in the Head office. The office is located in Melbourne's inner south eastern suburbs. The office is easily accessible via trains and buses. It also offers free onsite parking.
Key Responsibilities
Your day to day role will require you to :
* Coordinate and brief weekly website content to support the trade calendar, promotional activity, and trade optimisation initiatives to meet budgets and to enhance the customer experience
* Support post go live testing to ensure accuracy of content, links and promotional activity
* Optimisation of search and online merchandising to drive sales and improve category conversion
* Work with the enrichment team to ensure new styles are online in line with launch date as well as reviewing and proposing updates to filtering, attributes and product categorisation to drive your category
* Collaborating with digital marketing, marketing and CRM teams to provide and test relevant links that support a seamless customer journey
About You
To be successful you will ideally possess :
* Relevant experience in an ecommerce or merchandising environment, such as a Buyers Assistant, Online Merchandiser or category role
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly in Excel
* A collaborative team mindset, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
