**Your new role**:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Consult on client trading enquiries and build rapport.
- Update customer details and ensure information accurately updated in relevant systems.
- Develop understanding of various financial products such as: shares, CFDs, ETFs, crypto, etc.
- Educate clients on product offerings and process in order to resolve queries effortlessly.
- Accountability for performance and development.
