About the Role We are seeking an experienced Communication Officer to lead strategic communications and occasional events for the entity. You will play a critical role in supporting the Chief Executive Officer, Advisory Board, and government Ministers by delivering high-quality communications and expertly managed events that engage, inform, and influence our audiences. In this role, you’ll identify strategic opportunities to elevate the entity's public profile, manage reputational risk, and shape messaging around our programs—most notably our $7 million annual grants program. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and delivery of communications and events aligned with the Foundation’s objectives. Provide expert communications advice to senior executives and stakeholders, including Ministers. Develop and execute communication strategies that enhance the Foundation’s visibility and impact. Craft compelling content and messaging for speeches, media, events, and digital channels. Manage reputational and stakeholder risks in a complex policy environment. Collaborate across teams to amplify the Foundation’s programs and achievements. About You You are a proactive and strategic communicator who thrives in high-profile environments. You bring: HAVE BASELINE SECURITY CLEARANCE Strong experience in communications and event management. Excellent judgement and the ability to navigate sensitive policy and reputational issues. Exceptional writing and stakeholder engagement skills. A track record of leading high-impact communications campaigns or events in government or similar settings.
