Are you a compassionate and skilled nurse looking to work in a dynamic acute care environment? Join the team at Angaston District Hospital and play an important role in delivering high-quality nursing care in our busy acute ward. As a Registered Nurse in the Acute Ward at Angaston Hospital, you’ll provide safe, effective, and person-centred care to patients requiring short-term treatment for a wide range of medical conditions. This is a varied and rewarding role where your clinical skills, flexibility, and teamwork will have a direct impact on patient outcomes and recovery. Working in a supportive rural hospital environment, you’ll collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, and other nursing staff to assess, plan and implement individual care plans. Depending on your level of experience, you may also take on leadership responsibilities, provide guidance to less experienced staff, and contribute to clinical education and service improvement. This role is multi-classified as RN1 or RN2C, with classification based on your experience and capability. Positions available: Multiple ongoing part time positions (hours to be negotiated) over a 7-day roster Temporary part time working 32 hours per week up to 30 October 2026, over a 7-day roster WHO ARE WE? Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to plan and coordinate care. Support and mentor Enrolled Nurses, student nurses, and new staff members.
