About the Role

What We're Looking For
A proven ability to achieve or exceed industry KPIs
Confidence working both independently and within a successful sales team
A growth mindset and passion for outstanding customer service
Previous experience in a similar role (automotive or commercial vehicle sales preferred)
Basic truck technical knowledge
A current HR Driver's Licence is essential
Excellent computer skills, ideally with DMS/CRM system experience
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
Results-focused with a proactive work ethic
