The role
We're looking for a commercially‐driven Performance Marketing Manager to own our paid media presence end to end.
This is a high‐impact leadership role sitting within the Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Marketing. You'll set the paid media strategy, manage the investment and hold yourself accountable to results that move the business forward.
You'll lead one direct report (Digital Marketing Coordinator), manage relationships with external agency partners, and work closely with eCommerce, CRM, Creative and Brand to ensure every channel is aligned and performing.

What you'll own
* Strategy & Growth — paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, affiliates and programmatic
* Channel Performance — end‐to‐end campaign execution, testing and optimisation to hit revenue targets
* Analytics & Reporting — weekly and monthly performance insights that keep the business informed and moving
* Leadership — developing your direct report, managing agencies and building a data‐led team culture
What you bring
* Strong performance marketing capability across paid search, paid social and digital acquisition channels all other paid media channel
* Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and forecasting against revenue and efficiency targets
* Working knowledge of GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, ecommerce analytics and attribution tools
* Ability to interpret data and translate performance into clear actions and stakeholder recommendations
* Experience partnering with eCommerce, CRM, Creative and Merchandising in a retail or DTC environment
* Strong project management and prioritisation skills in a fast‐paced trading environment
* People leadership experience — coaching junior talent and managing external agencies
* Customer‐first mindset balanced with strong brand judgement and commercial focus
