About The Role
In this role, you will support the conversion of InfoPath forms to Smart IQ. Graduates will work closely with the Smart IQ team to learn and adhere to their standards and processes.

What You'll Do
* Migrate existing InfoPath forms to Smart IQ and manage their release into the production environment.
* Review and assess current forms, capture and document business requirements, and assist with testing and implementation to ensure quality outcomes.
* Keep documentation up to date while engaging with stakeholders to clarify needs, encourage adoption of new forms, and meet agreed delivery timelines.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Maintain strict confidentiality and protect sensitive data.
* Demonstrated stakeholder engagement, customer service, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, supported by demonstrated initiative, self-motivation, and self-discipline.
