As we expand towards the end of the year, we are seeking a dedicated Data Entry / Xero Admin Officer to support our finance and operations team.


Key Responsibilities

* Daily data entry into Xero, including invoices, receipts, POs, job costing and expenses
* Maintain digital filing, document control and organised financial records
* Assist with reconciliations and general accounts administration
* Update spreadsheets, registers and internal data systems
* Support month-end preparation and basic reporting
* Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and Directors


About You

* Experience using Xero (essential)
* Experience with MYOB or similar accounting programs is desirable
* High accuracy and attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer systems
* Fluent English (written and verbal)
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Comfortable with repetitive, structured administrative tasks
* Australian citizen (required for Defence base access)
* Training can be provided for the right person who shows strong work ethic, reliability and willingness to learn
