Administrative Support Role
This position involves providing high-quality administrative and reception support to ensure smooth daily operations within the imaging department.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing bookings, referrals, and patient enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing exceptional front-of-house service to patients and visitors
* Coordinating appointments, managing records, and maintaining confidentiality
* Liaising with radiographers, sonographers, and clinical staff to ensure seamless communication
* Supporting the wider administrative team with general office duties and tasks
